At Upper Cape Pet, we understand how important truly knowing your pet’s habits, feeding requirements and disposition are. It’s important that we meet your furred family members so we can assess any requirements ahead of time to ensure that ultimate care is delivered.

$35 Consultation Fee

There will be a one time registration fee that includes an in-home consultation, access to the Time to Pet app, and a secure lockbox.

It’s super important that we determine that your pet will be comfortable with our sitters coming into your home. This consultation will allow us to meet your pet, get the lay of the land and learn more about your pets daily routine, go over our company polices and procedures.

The TTP app is super critical in booking services, receiving pet visit reports and essentially all communication with Upper Cape Pet. Thankfully, it is a very user friendly app that can be downloaded once you become a client. Our clients love it!
As soon as your new in home client consultation has been completed and we have determined that your pets are great candidates for our care, you can order services right away through the Time to Pet app.

As part of the in-home new client consultation, we will work with you on determining the best care for your pet(s). Perhaps they have a special place they like to sleep, maybe they get a special treat at certain times or a toy they love! Our goal is to ensure that your pet(s) normal daily routine goes uninterrupted.

Please choose a date and time to schedule your consultation below. We will follow up with your account profile being set up and a confirmation of your pending consultation. Once you have received confirmation, you may set up your pet(s) profiles prior to our visit. Please do not consider your consultation locked in until you have received a “Welcome to Upper Cape Pet Services” email with link attached to activate your account.
