About Our Resort
Upper Cape Pet offers luxury accommodations for your feline family. Since 2018, UCP has been offering premier pet services to our clients. We take your pet’s happiness seriously and our motto “We Treat Your Pets Like Our Own” holds true with the addition of our new cat boarding facility. From comfy bedding to pheromone diffusers throughout the facility, our goal is to provide your furry friend the best, stress-free experience when they have to be away from home.
Your cat’s safety, health and comfort is paramount. We use only stainless steel litter pans which assist in keeping your cat safe from bacteria and are sanitized at each turnover. Our standard litter is SafePet Crystals, however if you would like to bring your own litter, that is fine. We ask that you supply your own food or we can provide unlimited high-quality dry food. We use tilted/elevated, sanitized stainless steel, anti-vomit serving dishes for feeding time. We also supply fresh, filtered water daily. We can administer insulin shots and medication when needed. Our facility is alarm security and fire monitored 24/7.
Whether you are headed out of town for a couple of days for work, taking a long vacation or under renovation at your home, we can accommodate your furry family. Have multiple cats? No worries, with our connected suites, we can easily accommodate your whole crew! We encourage you to bring whatever toys, blankets or items from home that will help to ensure the comfort of your sweet feline while staying with us.
Resort Pricing
All packages include feeding 2x per day with fresh, filtered water fountains replaced daily. PetSafe crystal litter will be provided and litter pan scooped every day. Human interaction at least 2x per day. You will also receive a daily pet visit report with photos of your feline friend.
Suite Rates*
• Standard Suite (6x6x8) — $60 Daily Rate
• 2 Standard Suites (w/ pass-through door) — $95 Daily Rate
• Corner Suite (6x8x8) — $65 Daily Rate
• Corner Suite w/ Windows (6x8x8) — $70 Daily Rate
*$25 fee will be added to service for a second cat to stay with us
Add-Ons
• Snack & Social* — $10 for 15 minutes
• 24-Hour Cat Cam access w/ private login — $5 per day
• Feliway pheromone spray in suite — $2 per day
• Nail Clipping — $25
• Brushing (Up to 15 min)** — $5 per session
*Additional cuddle time, free play in our open climbing area topped off with Temptation Treats or a Churu tube.
**Brushing will continue as long as your feline family member will tolerate it.
Medication Administration
• Oral — $2.50
• Injections — $10
Our Policies
Required Deposit: 50% of total invoice due at time of reservation. Refund available if reservation is cancelled with 1 week notice prior to start date of services.
Additional Cat Fees: $25 per day for second cat sharing the same suite (maximum of 2 cats per suite)
Check-In Policy*: Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 10am (No check-ins on Sundays)
Check-Out Policy*: Monday - Saturday 3:00pm - 5:00pm (No check-outs on Sundays)
Vaccination Requirements: Rabies,FVRCP, FeLV (MUST BE NEGATIVE), FIV- vaccinations need to be administered 14 days in advance of boarding.
Holiday Fees: $18 additional fee per assigned service on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel with a minimum of 1 (one) week’s notice prior to your drop off date or it will result in a forfeiture of 50% deposit held.
*Extended check-in or check-out will be an additional fee of $25 and must be pre-arranged.

Our Suites
For your cat’s entertainment, they will have cat trees, scratching posts and interactive toys to play with should you choose to offer additional private time for them in our designated Snack & Social open play area.
